Your Vision is Our Reality

If gold, silver, glitter and cranberry are envisioned to complete your winter wonderland…we applaud your choices. The decorated barn in the picture showcases how amazing some strategically placed branches can become when they are upgraded with a bit of paint and some lights.

The talented team at TCWC specializes in jazzing up weddings, receptions, corporate events, holiday parties — you name it. No event is too big for the company’s event planning expertise. Awesome customer service and the ability to handle every aspect of an affair is what sets us apart from any competition. They keep things simple by offering an all-inclusive package; however, they are happy to customize packages for DIY savvy brides who wish to oversee some of the details on their own.

Apart from the overwhelming natural beauty of a crystalline winter, there are other more real-world reasons to consider this season for your wedding or event. The following post from one winter bride explains further:

The biggest pro of getting married in January is that there is almost zero competition. I finally reserved my venue the beginning of July, almost exactly six months before the wedding. Out of about four venues we looked at seriously, and four weekends in January, only one of those venues had a conflict one of those weekends. Annnnd, because there is no competition, there are better deals to be found. We are getting married at a state park with the park’s lodge and cabins serving as our hotel — our rooms are half what they would have been if we’d gotten married in peak summer season, not to mention the fact that they probably wouldn’t have had enough empty rooms for us. Also, if no one reserves the reception room for the day before, we can decorate after the rehearsal dinner, instead of the morning of the wedding. Read more at Budget Savvy Bride

After all, there’s something incredibly picturesque and enchanting about this time of year. Winter Accessories to Incorporate into Your Decor

Ensuring everyone is warm and cozy is always important. Fleece throws are a nice touch draped over chairs or rolled up into strategically placed self-serve baskets. Alternatively, grab a fallen tree with a copious amount of branches and some white glitter snow glue and create some natural coat hangers by securing the trunk into a half wine barrel or generous sized planter. Use rocks or cement to anchor your base. Drape your throws over the branches and Voila! Self-served warmth! Other festive decor ideas include:

  • Candles
  • Mini-lights
  • Hot Chocolate Station
  • Indoor DIY Photo Backdrop
  • LED Christmas Lights
  • Evergreen Boughs and Greenery
  • Pinecones
  • Propane Fire-Pits and Heaters for outside
